Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy for non‑personalised items. You have 14 days after delivery to request a return if the item is unused and in original condition.

To start a return, contact us at info@fairy-adventures.com with your order number. Returns must be sent to the address provided in our email response.

Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Inspect your order on arrival. If damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Non‑returnable items

Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless faulty. This includes all engraved, monogrammed or specially made pieces.

Exchanges

Return the unwanted item for a refund, then place a new order for the exchange.

UK returns

You pay return shipping costs. Refunds (minus original shipping) are processed within 10 working days of receiving the item.
