We offer unique keepsakes and home decor. Product images are for illustration only – actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to discontinue products or change descriptions without notice.

SECTION 2 – ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout. You confirm all details are correct before payment. We cannot guarantee cancellations after payment.

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING

UK delivery only. Processing time: 3–5 working days. Shipping calculated at checkout. Free shipping over £30. We are not responsible for delays by carriers. See our Shipping Policy for details.

SECTION 4 – RETURNS

Non‑personalised items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Personalised items are non‑returnable unless faulty. See our Returns Policy for full details.
